About RAM
What types of customers does RAM Equipment serve?
RAM Equipment primarily serves medium and large-scale food processors — operations running production lines at scale that require industrial-grade equipment, reliable service, and minimal downtime. We do have plenty of options for service and equipment for smaller-scale processors as well. With our unique ability to create instant ROI for our customers, even smaller processors are finding RAM the go-to option for Equipment Servicing and New Processing Equipment. Our customers include meat processors, protein producers, and food manufacturers across the U.S.
Where is RAM Equipment located and do you serve nationwide?
RAM's corporate office is in Corona, CA — (951) 734-8152. We also have operations in Phoenix/Southwest, Maineville, OH for Midwest coverage, and New York for East Coast coverage. Our equipment service team operates nationwide, so geography is rarely a barrier to getting the support you need.
Does RAM only service on equipment it sold?
No — we service equipment from virtually any manufacturer, as long as it falls within our category expertise: slicers, dicers, mixer/grinders, tumblers, bowl choppers, band saws, tray sealers, thermoformers, vacuum packaging machines, sanitation equipment, and material handling. Our service model is built on category knowledge, not brand loyalty.

Does RAM offer preventative maintenance programs?
Yes. Preventative maintenance is a core part of what we do. Routine scheduled service reduces the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns, extends equipment life, and keeps your machines performing at peak efficiency — which directly supports throughput targets and regulatory compliance. Contact us to discuss a maintenance schedule tailored to your operation.
Can RAM train our maintenance staff on equipment we already own?
Yes. Training customer maintenance personnel is one of our service offerings. We can work on-site with your team to build their capability for handling routine service and identifying early signs of wear or failure — reducing your reliance on outside service calls over time. We also provide tools to make it easier to train future personnel to make the Operator, Sanitation, and Maintenance onboarding process easier.
